MY ABSOLUTE ALL TIME FAVORITE SPOT! They literally recognize my dad and i lol. I first discovered this place searching for somewhere to eat on my birthday so shout out to lily for showing me this joint. there was a spot in downtown Orlando that I would make my dad drive to in HS but then they opened up a spot in Oviedo by the time i arrived for college, which is bigger and nicer, which I absolutely love<3 my favorite dish is the Cha Cha Cha, which is a hidden garlic based dish they no longer advertise but CAN still make so don’t let them tell you otherwise!! the runny egg they make in their dishes is always cooked to perfection, the outside is marinated in a flavorful soy garlic sauce while the inside is runny and gooey. they also have a point reward system that after a couple of purchases, you can get a free bowl of Ramen, appetizer, etc which is totally worth it if you’re like me and constantly going anyways. all of the appetizers are amazing, including the nikuman, pork gyoza, jinya bun, TAKOYAKI⭐️⭐️ and shrimp tempura. their rice bowls are also so delicious in fact everything on their menu is delicious wow. I gave them a fat five star yelp review that went into more detail than what I am currently going into here. they came out with a new birria ramen that I have to try. I base all of my Ramen ratings solely around this place. I am pretty sure the only place that could beat it is if I went to Japan itself to get authentic Ramen. if Jinya Ramen bar has no fans, then I am dead.
