"The soup was watery, expected it to be thicker and the pasta could be better emulsified. Bit salty. The mentaiko was really good. Pairs well with seaweed, shiso, and cream. Was good but would be better if the soup was thicker. But not too saucy. Creaminess level was fine." - Teresa
