The cacio e pepe and the carbonara were both BEAUTIFULLY creamy, not too heavy at all!! I loved the amount of bacon/pork meat that was the in the carbonara, just enough to go with every bite!! Works so well with extra chili flakes, and their Cabernet Sauvignon paired well with the pasta~ They also served bits of bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar MWUAHHH 🤌🏼
