Awful experience. One of the worst places I could have chosen to celebrate a special occasion. I would strongly recommend picking anywhere else.
The service was exceptionally poor, even by busy Miami restaurant standards. As the birthday person, I never even received an entrée along with one other friend. We both order a wagyu. It took over 30 minutes for a waiter to come by, and when they did, they had not noticed the issue at all. Once we got someone attention, a manager possibly (staff in gray suits) asked, “What would you like me to do?” which felt dismissive given the situation.
There was also live entertainment, but did not come by ours. Just kept going back to the same table. Additionally, I ordered this Coco Chanel–inspired cocktail in person, yet none of the advertised experience was provided. There was no explanation of the inspiration behind the drink and no signature presentation, such as the scent spray that is prominently featured on social media. Don't come here.
