It is just fancy ice cream, but honestly, it is more than just fancy ice cream. It is GOOD fancy ice cream. I really wish I could say it is overpriced, but I’m fair and honest. So I can’t say that. The flavors are always interesting, the toppings are aways various, and the vibes always high. I love Caffé Panna.
