"the Betanzos tortilla which i did not photograph was good - runny inside very nice. i ordered this thinking jt was cod and it was fish cheeks which is apparently a Galician delicacy. its like the worst aspects of squid and fish combined, kind of a slimy gelatinous cartilage vibe, so not very good in my opinion :( sorry" - Mira
