Team lunch at Tandoori Lounge ๐๐ฎโ๐จ
Was about to crash out because I had work to do ๐ป๐ตโ๐ซ, but Iโm never saying no to a free meal. Whoever picked this spot thoughโฆ questionable.
Itโs like a 15-minute drive from the office ๐๐จ and we had a $20 per person cap ๐ธ while most dishes are ~$17 + tax and tip, so we had to do the โshare everythingโ thing ๐๐ฝ๏ธ โ which I hate in this setting because I eat way more than everyone else, and while these are my teammates, itโs not an informal enough vibe for me to just go back for thirds. Had to show restraint.
Food was solid, not phenomenal.
The chicken ๐ was fine โ flavorful, cooked well, but nothing crazy. Not fried, not life-changing.
Service was good ๐ easy walk-in, very accommodating. Only downside was the wait for the tandoori chicken โณ โ not ideal for a work lunch.
Final verdict:
โข Food: fine โ
โข Service: good โ
โข Team lunch logistics: rough โ
Would I come back on my own? Maybe.
Would I pick this again for a team lunch with a strict budget? No chance
