Hidden in royal blue is Joe’s burgers only open 4 days a week for 4 hours a day.
The mole burger was insane. I got the last 1 and it was only 11:30 am.
The mole perfectly complimented the ham, creating a whole new dimensional plan of flavor.
Marcos hooked me up 💦
Today was the only day to get the blue agua de maiz and it was quite wonderful. Tasted like a grainier horchata.
The fries were really good but extremely heavy. I couldn’t finish them because i wasn’t even hungry when I got this meal.
I must come back. It’s just such a small window 😩
