"This may be a little appreciation post since everyone already knows my love for Birria LES— in Williamsburg specifically. But, I was around the lower east side and remembered that they recently released birria dumplings. If you know me then you know that I will go wherever I hear of dumplings or momos.
It was amazing to say the least. My one and only request is that they should higher the quantity of the dumplings in an order; 5 dumplings aren’t a respectable amount considering the consome to dumpling ratio." - meeru
