Traditional rijstafel! Another spot recommended by my uncle, and I would say it’s 100% worth checking out (or somewhere similar) just for the experience. I think the flavors of the food just weren’t my favorite (I found the sweet soy sauce to be overwhelming and overall everything was a bit too sweet/used a lot of shrimp paste). However I loved that there’s so much variety and lots and lots of veggies but also varied proteins.
