final meal out in ct this trip.
uncle and aunt took me out to this spot for a goodbye dinner in downtown stamford.
vibe inside was modern and sleek; I think I prefer cozier spots but it was cool nonetheless. apparently it’s very buzzy and vibrant on the weekend nights.
food was pretty solid all around.
my main was a seafood pasta with pink sauce. the lobster was cooked really well. I would have liked the sauce to be slightly lighter but it still was very yum.
we got an array of apps; the calamari was pretty incredible and definitely my favorite. didn’t get to try the burrata because the waiter told me it had pine nuts (which turned out to be false 😳).
for dessert I got a crème brûlée cheesecake which was good but not insane.
