went to soupleaf post lake travis
incredible and hit the spot. they are very efficient with the setup and bring out the meats super quick. I like the variety of broths they offer though I only have tried the tonkotsu.
fav toppings are: bok choy, rice cake, and knife cut noodles. quail egg was also enjoyable.
me and prabhas had to share a pot since there were so many of us and they only had an 8 top. we were good neighbors and the sharing wasn’t an issue. we were hoping we would be have been able to finesse half price but no such luck. also last time I was here was a date so this time I really got to gorge out 😎
ended with the ube soft serve 🍦 which is the best soft serve ever.
