my second visit to l’industrie was a resounding success.
after my stomach was less than full after going to mao mao, me and alex stopped here before cosplaying as marty supreme (or marty subprime the way I was playing 🥴). no line; perks of eating past 9 pm especially in the winter.
I got a pepperoni slice and a bufala slice. both were top notch. I have yet to try some of the other critically acclaimed spots, but l’industrie is the best new york style slice I have had. it’s been consistent in both visits and they have a good balance of toppings paired with quality sauce and crust.
I have no notes. it may not be a classic street $1 ($1.50 these days) slice but l’industrie is well worth the premium.
