I have mixed feelings about cabo bobs. On one hand it delivers good burritos that beat out chipotle in price and in taste. On the other hand… the rice.
The only thing holding back cabo from being truly elite is the rice situation. Sometimes the white rice will be mushy and taste almost like porridge. Other times it’s been crunchy and inedible. I have basically sworn off getting the white rice from here because of too many bad experiences. Not sure why they can’t get it right but it is disappointing cause everything else is truly phenomenal here.
Hand pressed tortillas, good portions, tasty sauces.
I had a punch card so I got it free today! Splurged on guacamole and steak because it was free.
Tasty and did the job.
