needed to fuel up badly after sand volleyball tourney today. went from 9-5; full day in the sun.
bufalina has a happy hour that runs from 4-5:30 everyday where they do half off pizzas. i’ve been here a few times before and it’s a very nice vibe; the space isn’t super big but it’s very cozy and neatly decorated. the pizza here is very solid, wood fired and you can watch them cook right as you walk in.
the value is pretty awesome for happy hour; even not at half off I think this spot is worth checking out (great date night spot, they have an extensive wine list).
I pulled up at 5:15 by myself and was seated at 5:25 so I just snuck in for happy hour. ordered two pies: mushroom and red pie w/ peps (I wanted the vodka pie but it was not included in the hh deal 😞). both were very flavorful with good toppings. pizza had a perfect char and great crust.
very solid meal. great service as well.
p.s. they give you the check in old books which I think is the wave. beez kneez does this too.
