This was our first time at Family Jones and it was so stunning and incredible. The WAY these cocktails blew me away. The crazy blue one is called “Blucifer” named after the iconic horse at DIA, of course. It was a crazy fun take on a dirty martini. It’s a blue cheese dirty that tasted like actually so shockingly exactly like blue cheese in liquor form. So if you LOVE blue cheese this is for you. The drink with the foam is called “LoHi Falling” and quickly became my favorite cocktail in Denver. It’s, and I quote, “earl grey juniper jones gin, acidulated orange, cane sugar, rich cream clarified, and fluffy vanilla bergamot foam”. Such a fun cocktail experience!!
