"Went here for a belated birthday dinner! I really enjoyed the ambiance and the thoughtful touch with a handwritten letter (not shown). The explanations from staff helped me understand the food better but also improved my experience. The mission here was interesting as well. Created my chef Edward Lee (famous Korean American celebrity chef), this restaurant is a non-profit focused on sustainability and reusing ingredients incorporated in each dish. Loved the sesame leaves theme since I like the taste of perilla leaves." - Jessica
