Overall, solid food, nothing mindblowing, about what I expected, but restaurant week makes this extremely worth
cheese puff (with some sort of creme + salsa verde irrc?) as an amuse: aight
sweet potato bun: really solid. Up there with other fine dining with stars. Got two
caffe incognito: this is awesome! 0 alcohol vermouth + espresso was extremely refreshing. Debated another, opted for cortado instead (not pictured), it was delayed so they comped it lol. Cortado was ok, maybe a bit overextracted
beef carpaccio: very good
skate: this was delicious. Maybe a touch too salty sauce, but delicious. Cook was perfect.
Pear upside down cake: the caramelization on the bottom was notable. Quite good, the sorbet or something was ok, maybe ice cream better
