Just as all of the TikTok reviews say, it's sooooo crunchy and crispy, and personally I looooveeee crispy textures so that was +points for me.
My boyfriend and I both got the regular Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich, but we got one with Fries to share those.
My review of KFC sando: 7.5/10, I really liked the pickled radish, which gave the sandwich more of a Korean flavor palette. It was almost too saucy for my liking though, I'm not really a fan of thin sauces and by the end of the sandwich, I was like 10 napkins used, and in desperate need of hand sanitizer LOL. But if you're a sauce lover, then this will be good for you. I also was confused about the serving sizes, because my boyfriend opened his sandwich first, and then I opened mine and it was in no particular order but the PORTION SIZING WAS SO OFF???? My sandwich was damn near double the size of his that I literally ripped off half of the chicken in mine and gave it to him to eat after he had finished his sandwich. Only then was I actually able to utilize the buns on both sides to hold and eat it like a sandwich. ?? LAST NOTE: it was SOOO salty, but not like WHILE eating it, but like after we had finished and walked around and were on our way home, we were beginning to feel PARCHED like that worm in the wheelchair from Spongebob.
My bf's review of sando: 7/10, says it was salty, but good. (I asked, "that's it?" and he replied, "yeah s'about it." LOL)
Fries were good, but more on the okay-good side, rather than the OMG-PHENOMENAL-good side, yknow? Like, 6/10. The ketchup it comes with is smoked and is good for the first couple bites but after that I got a little tired of it.
Second to last picture is bf saying that he has the elite technique to french fry eating while holding ketchup, to which I laughed maybe too hard at.
