Been wanting to try this for forever since everyone and their grandma has gone and tried and loves it.
Safe to say I enjoyed it too. Taro Puff Cake is very authentic Taro-y and not like sweet Korean bakery type taro, so I was a little surprised (I was hoping for the Korean bakery type taro filling) but once I got used to it, I enjoyed it very much!
The Milk and Raisin Mini Pastry though, I thought I'd just enjoy slowly, but man, I had to actually discipline myself to stop from continuing to eat the whole thing in one sitting.
Ultimately this was a great success- also the lines at around 6-7pm on a Monday moved so smoothly and quickly, it barely felt like I was on line (Btw I hate standing in line, I refuse to be someone who does so I usually try popular items waaay later 😭😭😭). Yay!!
