I was in the area at the Pho Bar and we wanted to have a sweet treat. It was between Happy Lemon and Sampaguita. I have been recommended this place several times, but I thought it was boba and not ice cream.
Super funky wide array of flavors! More depth than a standard chocolate or vanilla arsenal. I sampled several including a soy sauce butterscotch, champorado, and ube cookies and creme. However, I ended up choosing the Ube Latte (recommended by Ashna) and Coffee Biskwit (recommended by my mom).
I think my rating would be higher if I had taken my lactaid pills… it’s been a while since I raw dogged ice cream with dairy. Good for ice cream, but it’s no Leopald’s
