My mom got the French Opera Cake Slice. Cohesive, complimentary flavors even with copious layered sheets. I was impressed.
My sister ordered me the Ganache Cream Cake Slice since I was sad, and several bites improved how I was feeling. Not too sweet, the cake could’ve been a little softer, but that may be attributed entirely to leaving it in the refrigerator for a couple hours for my nap 😴. The crunch of the chocolate topping and the consistency of the ganache cream epitomize a perfect chocolate cake.
