"Came all the way down from Washington heights for their free Thai tea banana pudding promo. When it was my turn to order I told the cashier that i wanted to order the banana pudding, he then said do you also want the $5 off, to which I asked if I could do both since the promo only mentioned one or the other; he said yes so I ended up also getting a latte. When my order came out there was only a latte and so I asked if my pudding was still coming and he said I couldn’t get that one because I already got the $5 off the menu item. I reminded him that he was the one who told me I could do both when I originally only wanted to order the pudding. Ultimately gave me no resolution after and I walked away really upset because I only made the trip down for one specific item after a tough weekend. I’ve had nuar before and enjoyed it but now I’m pretty disappointed in their lack of accountability and don’t think I’ll be back." - Tiffany
