15 courses + 2 surprise sake cocktails (prickly pear and passion fruit!), and not a single bite or sip disappointed me. Quick tip: byob if you’d like more alcohol, they do not have any to order on the menu !
So fun learning about the fish and fusion of flavors (this is not traditional Japanese omakase!). Today’s standout was the Madai (sea bream)… if you saw me order another, no you did not !
Couldn’t have asked for a more amazing omakase experience in Houston with the infamous AUNTAY! ❤️
