Straight up bad. Waited an hour for this ??
Ok as I read other taste reviews I’m confused what the population actually believes.
My friend and I BOTH agreed this was bad and we felt gaslit into thinking we were wrong cuz this place is so loved.
- Banh mi bread was not tasty. Too flaky and big. The inside was also not well balanced (way too much meat in comparison to everything else)
- pho was BAD. The noodles were like a fettuccine noodle? And SO much ginger. I didn’t love the accoutrements either. I wanted classic pho accoutrements !!!!!
- summer rolls were good and standard
do I have bad taste!!!!??!!!
