"this is literally THAT meal like if you know you know 😭 the bake is soft and fluffy but a little crispy on the outside, and the shark is seasoned sooo well. once you start adding all the toppings and sauces (especially garlic + tamarind + pepper) it just goes crazy. the best part is eating it on the beach too like it just hits different with the view and the breeze. it’s messy but that’s how you know it’s good." - des
