I definitely get the hype of this place (one of the top ranked brekkie burritos in LA). It was flavorful, eggs were fluffy and perfect amount of potatoes to meat to onion ratio. Only critique is that it was way too soft - could add some crunch whether it’s crispy onions or something else to add more texture
