"This whole place's experience was weird ngl. First the lady who worked the counter got like annoyed at me when I tried to check in on the register with my phone number while she taking my order. Next she was like repeating after me when I was telling her my order, but like slowly and over enunciated, as if she was talking to a toddler or something? Lastly, she mixed my drink?????? Like I know that other places, you have to mix the flavor in, but I think in terms of trends with Matcha, and especially with rise of matcha on social media and having the aesthetic of a cutie lil drinky, like most café's, chain or mom-and-pop, leave the flavor syrup at the bottom or the side for the customer to mix in but she mixed it as she handed it to me, like it was a Dunkin Donuts or something 😭
And then she was like "straws.", pointing to the direction of the straws.... LOL I'm just confused. And I probably won't be back :(
Drink is also bad, but also probably because I still don't really like matcha that much except for the Blank Street Lemon Loaf.... I was exploring out of the box, SUE ME.!" - grace
