I’m afraid this is the best pasta I’ve had in my life. And this ragu with no dairy anything was also truly life changing. We were a party of 7 and the host was super nice and got some tables together for us. It was so so so awesome no notes. Oh yeah the music was also amazing. I am a huge fan. Highly recommend. Also huge find by taste thanks you Amelia so ty for this awesome rec! Ok very fun I love LA it’s very cool.
I loved this pasta. They also do pasta tasting menus which I now wish I did was well. Incredible.
Edit: oh the apps (yellowtail crudo and tartare were skippable, but the mains and desserts amazing)
