matsu course: i guess good things r worth waiting for cause i again waited for like 45 mins π΅βπ« it actually was so good tho they give you some dashi when you're almost done and it completely changed the dish. they recommend you put some of the sashimi from before into the dashi and it cooked it which was so interesting. the dashi was so yummy i think i almost liked it more in the dashi.
