deadass the best salad i've had in my entire life i didn't know a salad could hit like that. endive salad came with a chamoy sorbet and it balanced so well w the creamy sauce and the citrus. elote pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and hot sauce added a nice kick. carne asade had a aguachile twist that worked so well. flan was good but nothing insane
