"best food for the value in cabo rojo! the crillo (fried snapper) was huge, with a crisp exterior and tender interior. but the camarones empanaderos were my favorite. butterflied so that the crisp the shrimp ratio was perfect. the arroz con habichuelas was also shockingly good with the pork addition. reminded me of a more mexican style of beans." - Chlo
