fastest omakase i’ve ever experienced lol (< 1 hr) felt a bit rushed but mb that’s just ny?
loved it overall: comfortable ambiance, attentive staff, knowledgeable + engaging chef, and just really solid bites of food
the only slight miss was the ankimo, texture could’ve been a bit smoother
