Prefix meal + wine pairing was fucking perfection. I loved this so much that we called my sister in law at like 11pm Copenhagen time and she thought we had gotten engaged bc we were so excited to tell them about the food
Also I ate a pinecone at some point in this meal and it was weirdly good
