"Went here to celebrate Emma’s graduation!!!! She’s been raving about this place so she had to take us all (11 total). Food came quickly and perfectly hot. Servers were nice and made a sauce for us!
SUMMARY: Amazing food, beautiful place, and wonderful service. Food wasn’t the most special thing but they were things i’ve already had but done perfectly! The pretty dining experience definitely set it apart from most (this is a long one…)
Sweet & Sour Pork Baby Back Ribs 8/10
Yummy and sweet sauce and tender meat but the bone was so freaking big there wasn’t much meat. Would recommend to try but for me it wasn’t anything special or different, just very good.
Noodles with Minced Kurobuta Pork 8/10
Amazing noodles imo. Not too soft or too hard and held the soup flavor pretty well. I feel like this was something done perfectly but not something that was too unique. No faults. I just liked everything else so much more.
Shrimp & Kurobuta Pork Potstickers 9/10
This was really yummy! The crispy part was actually something new for me and kinda interesting. The potstickers themselves were amazing and flavorful. Love the shrimp.
Shrimp & Kurobuta Pork Spicy Wontons 9/10
Wonton outside was super soft and took the sauce pretty well. Very satisfying texture and very flavorful pork. The spiciness was so yummy!! Would get again.
Kurobuta Pork Xiao Long Bao 9.5/10
THIS was sooooooo satisfying. The soup inside was perfectly hot but not scalding and came very quickly. Pork was perfect. SO delicious, i’m still thinking about this.
Shrimp & Kurobuta Pork Dumplings 9/10
No faults, perfect. Amazing flavor, temperature, and softness. Nothing out of the ordinary but its something simple done so so right.
Kurobuta Pork Buns 9/10
I usually don’t like pork buns because the buns end up being too doughy and big but these ones were not thick or obnoxious at all. They were very light and took the flavor of any sauce really well. The pork, again, was just so so good.
Shrimp & Kurobuta Pork Shao Mai 9.5/10
This was something different for me. I just love shrimp so I rate this one highly. Pork was perfect and the shrimp made it just that little bit better. So good with the sauce that the servers made for us. Plus I love how these look!
Shaved Snow with Fresh Mango 10/10
I’ve had a bad snow cloud before (ahem MangoMango) and this was everything I hoped it would be. The shaved snow was milky and soft. Tasted like icy sweet milk. It was definitely different than ice cream in a good way because it wasn’t so thick and creamy. The mango pieces and mango chunks were so fresh and sweet. HIGHLY recommend and would get again.
Chocolate & Mochi Xiao Long Bao 9/10 and Red Bean & Mochi Xiao Long Bao 9.5/10
Recommended by the server and did NOT disappoint! The chocolate inside was like a darker, richer Nutella. It had the slightest taste of hazelnut or something nutty which gave me slight Nutella vibes. Simply amazing. The chocolate was so rich and creamy and perfectly melted. The red bean was soooooooooo amazing too!!! I just love red bean so so much. There was so much red bean per bite and it was just perfectly flavorful and sweet. Would get both again for sure.
Matcha Jasmine Latte 10/10
Highkey bustacular. It is definitely on the sweeter side versus the grassy side of the matcha flavor but it is very present and not overpowering. Love the subtle jasmine taste too!!! Boba is on the chewy side versus soft but actually very enjoyable!
Sesame Buns 9.5/10
Didn’t get a picture, they disappeared VERY quickly. The buns were perfectly soft and the sesame filling was perfectly sweet. Would definitely get this again." - Jason
